Depending on the city, I wouldn't go lower than $850 month rent on SFR, and I personally prefer $1,000 and above.Also verify all the numbers presented for even hard costs like property taxes, property management and insurance.

@Marina WongI don't really care for debt deals especially on a house flip because even if I am covered with LTV in a recession I can't rent it out and cashflow.I prefer equity deals.
