I only have 5 more months to put up with them, but I am so very tempted to issue a fix or quit and get them out sooner. 

I am primarily concerned it is a matter of inhabitability if no usable shower is available for 3 days and that could hold up in court if they chose to go that far to get full days rent off.

You might even call some of your competitors and strike up conversations about how you generically want to open a bed and breakfast elsewhere and see if you can get them to disclose their occupancy percentage or any other valuable data.
