I honestly would say I was patient because many did not want to wait for the meter to be installed.

The real issue is building a safety net.

Step 2: Be patient..... high holding costs and getting anxious to start your project could be a detrimental combination to your end game.

But having said that there are also wonderful tenants who can be found after diligent and patient searching. 

Just be patient, my friend, and try to view real estate investing through an abundance, not scarcity mindset.

Most doctors want to be close to a patient population that has $$$ to spend on their services.
