I know there's a lot of people out there who grew their portfolio to the point of financial independence using the BRRRR method and I think it would be fun to hear people's stories about how they did it.

Use the enemy method.

I am guessing in the LP method, they would get a share of the profit, if any.I guess you are in one of the few States with series LLC. 

Following this method it's very realistic that you could be sitting with a $10m portfolio in very short order, all doing minimum 5cap.

The brrr method has become a little challenging in this market and I HIGHLY recommend you talk to several lenders and educate yourself.
