Any advice on hanging my license with a traditional company vs. a flat fee company to maximize return on real estate investments?

The wholesaler agreed to take my offer verbally but never returned the signed paperwork and ended up taking a much higher offer. 

The one I want is #1, then there's #2-5.The auctioneer will likely offer the lots individually and then in combinations... holding each auction open until it is determined what gives the estate the best return.

. - Yeah, I think it's a little less than other things in the area, but it should also be free of the headaches I'd have to deal with for something with better returns, since it was completely redone only a few years back.
