It would be my first real estate investment deal if I pull the trigger. 

We have clauses in our loan docs that state if certain trigger events happen, then we would do things differently. 

@Nicole Pettis   Ok but if he won't pull the trigger how long are you going to work for nothing?

It's not yet knowing a great PM in those markets as @Brandon Hopkins and @Joe Villeneuve point out that keeps me from pulling the trigger.

Hi there,I have been studying and reading and networking and asking questions for the past six months regarding wholesaling, but have yet to "pull the trigger".I want to begin now and have set myself the goal of finding and closing a deal within one month.
