If I put the property in my personal name then its a non issue, but I can not find anyone to do specficly STR in a company name.Any help would be apprciated.ThanksMike

The builder has corrected grading issues twice before where there was standing water in my backyard, but it looks like the issue was never resolved.

They know all about how things run day to day and any issues that might come up.

I'd really like to find an attorney/legal advisor to PAY that really knows real estate law and local courts. 

Make sure you know the laws in CO regarding STRs, and since this is a condo make sure you know the HOAs laws regarding STRs. 

But this doesn't happen automatically; Georgia law lays out a specific process that must be followed.
