@Matt McCourryI would look at doing a joint venture with someone where you get a share of the deal for doing the work while they put up the money.

This is not an offer of loans, there are no loans involved, strictly joint venture equity share and the split is according to the percentage you put into the deal(s).

The current tenant does not vacate til the end of the month, and barring an earlier sale I would go through and spruce up the joint to have it on the MLS by mid-April hopefully.Have a great morning and thanks for your insight!!

@Bob BastingWhile you can read on the internet that a joint-venture between you and your self-directed IRA or 401(k) is possible, it is not generally something we would recommend.You are a disqualified party to your plan, and there can be no direct or indirect benefit between you and the plan, in either direction.
