The right amount of A.I. and human interaction and you will be successful

What you're hearing from attorneys and agents and such is also typical, as not a lot of people actually wholesale properties so not a lot of these people ever interact with a wholesaler or wholesale deal.

Imagine HGTV’s many, many shows that show the very glamorous life of buying the “ugly house on the street” and then turning it into the “prettiest house on the street” in just a few short weeks with a couple of funny interactions with the construction crew the TV personality just happened to find walking the isles of Home Depot.

Be real in your interactions, share your goals and don't be shy about giving back.

In the end, my gut feeling suggests no further interactions with them.

Investors share various reasons for how they qualify income producing assets, but from my personal interactions and observation, the 1% rule is raised more than any other reason.

You have to understand how closely Huntsville interacts....because Huntsville is centrally located and how all the surrounding areas interact......you can literally go in any direction "out" from Huntsville to where the next hot spot is going to be.... it's growing so fast that the opportunities are expanding......very quickly.
