Full 203k: 35k or more, structural work allowed, more paperwork, requires HUD consultant, Reno money is paid in draws and the repairs are inspected by the bank prior to disbursing monies for next phase of reno.

I make analysis videos.....Folks can pick how many properties they'd like me to analyze and buy the appropriate package. 1 property, 3 pack, 4 pack, 10 packs etc...Price varies based upon how large of a package they buy but generally speaking we are around the price of a general home inspection.

For instance in certain cities in and around Cleveland OH there is what is called POS .. and when properties change hands the municipality does an inspection and requires a large sometimes very large deposit from the buyer with a laundry list of things that must be addressed ( although most of it U would normally do in a rehab.) but you have to put the money up AND you have to complete the work to get your deposit back.. so in essence you need enough cash to rehab twice.. :( So implementing this in many markets will not be difficult.

A quick inspection didnt find anything huge wrong with it, it will need some floors and some paint, but nothing major.
