I can say though when I am scanning through a topic I always slow down when I see an avatar of someone I remember.

I deal with rentals a lot at my company and we don't use the MLS we use Craigslist and Rent.com.

Just remember often reading them isn't enough.

Remember YOU are the whose bottom line is being hurt by this.

Remember it is still a buyers market and there is no reason to jump into something that does not make sense just because it is easy.

I'm not interested in "snapshots" of ideal situations, and these low-income, low-value properties are rarely ideal.
