I.e rough inspection .... generally unless your doing a very large job there shouldn’t really be a need to pay a contractor a large amount of money for work that has not been completed yet.... and never ever pay a contractor in full before the job is done .... it’s human pshycology that once an incentive to finish something goes away the will to finish it goes away also.

It really comes down to the real human condition of certain communities and instead of brushing it off, walking away, to actually be involved in them. 

The longer you do this the worse you see in human beings (at times). 

I don't think there is a human on planet earth who knows the area better than I do & if i've said it's an F area on the guide it's pretty darn rough.

Now that I’m in a good position to start on this new journey into RE Investing, I’m in need of some human guidance to bounce some ideas and strategies off of and expand my reach into my potential mentor’s network of seasoned professionals.I’m also willing to barter my professional advertising/production  services in exchange for information and leadership.  

I am looking for terms as close to industry standard as humanly possible, due to the fact that I only want to present sellers and or potential buyers with a viable as well as profitable renovation funding proposition.Any and all information & assistance in this matter would be greatly appreciated as always.
