The studies being released show how different industries appear to be increasing their profits with hidden or bogus fees that can harm consumers and companies that have honest business practices. 

In other words, I already have tenants for the 2023-2024 school year and I'm now getting ready to market my place for 2024-2025 and expect things to get busy in the next month once classes start.

Would appreciate advice on whether or not I’m going in the right direction with  the business plan Iv created.Other topics I’d like to discuss… -Should I start an LLC before first purchase.

Once you find a good one, treat your contractor like a business partner and see how you grow. 

Absolutely get an entity to conduct business with.

The way we do business WILL change, but for now, it's business as usual.
