Detoit, government officials, and profits don't seem to fit well in a sentence, but in this case they do.Can these Detroit officials be brought on a podcast and shown some love?

My issue really is finding websites or the location (even names) of government agencies other investors implement in their search and valuation process of a property.

Town police officers are actually controlled by the executive branch of the town government, so if push comes to shove go the mayors office and complain and ask there is no officer assigned to do those kinds of cases in the entire city. 

I also think you get 90 days of storage on the government's dime before you have to pay or schedule delivery.

Much of RE is "self regulated" by the licensees and other professionals involved in the industry

@Bill Gulley is probably the sharpest regulator I know the United States.

That makes this loan much more highly regulated than personal loans.  

One exists to make profit, the other exists to serve the citizens it governs...not make a concerted effort to screw everyone over......but hey, maybe its me.
