Coming back for a refund 2 weeks after a stay feels disingenuous.We did follow-up on their concerns and are glad they let us know.Curious if other hosts are seeing increased 1-star threats or requests for refunds after check-out.

So, I have no idea how much money I owe for 2023&2024, how much money is actually mine, how to take advantage of tax deductions/credits/RE professional Status/ renovation costs/perform a cost segregation, if I really need a wealth manager at this point and how to take out my retirement investment and move it to a mutual fund I run independently.My ultimate goal: create systems for my corps to run smoothly and optimize business-related expenses,  keep my books up-to-date for both corps so I know my input/output, pay quarterly taxes throughout the year, give myself a modest monthly income and  continue to preserve/build wealth and grow my RE PORTFOLIO!

Did you work with any real estate professionals (agents, lenders, etc.) that you'd recommend to others?

I feel that the 2BR/2BA covers the most bases from a booking perspective and I would echo @Mitch Davidson with making sure you are standing out from the crowd with your location, view, design, furnishing and amenities. 

I'd probably try adding on the bottom since there is more meat to the square profile there to connect to...but I'd trust your chosen professional. 

The problem is, it really doesn’t feel like it.

My full time job is a real estate agent at new western so I see alot of distressed homes that are good for fix and flips or BRRRRs if you ever want to talk about the market down here in san antonio or see what we have going on feel free to reach out.
