If you're graduating with a degree in business administration I'd say you have a high chance of getting an intro sales job, look for corporate business development, associate district manager, account manager job titles, these will GUARANTEED teach you real sales skills.

If so, do you know what the zoning district for it is?

Its in an upscale area, one of the best public school districts in the state/country and a suburb of NYC.

Price point is relatively high but the school districts are amazing, and I could see families wanting to stay in a rental for an extended period because of the great schools nearby.I also like the city's proximity to Austin downtown which could help with appreciation as Austin continues to grow and develop.

Mine was 3/2 single story, in great school districts.

You should check the court documents to ensure all local taxes were and taxing district liens were removed.

I don't think there are any multi family properties around your job that are in good school districts however.Westchase is zoned for an excellent elementary school and pretty good middle and high schools.

I would definitely suggest investing on the west side of Detroit and unless you are in Rosedale Park, University District, etc I would suggest investing in subsidized housing (Section 8). 

There are areas that overlap with the City of Houston or another City depending on location and if its in a MUD (Municipal Utility District) and/or ETJ.
