Price point is relatively high but the school districts are amazing, and I could see families wanting to stay in a rental for an extended period because of the great schools nearby.I also like the city's proximity to Austin downtown which could help with appreciation as Austin continues to grow and develop.

I don't think there are any multi family properties around your job that are in good school districts however.Westchase is zoned for an excellent elementary school and pretty good middle and high schools.
