They completely ghosted me, lawyers said it would cost 5-10k to even begin the process, and the city continues extending the contractors listing on the city because if he replies to them within 10 days of initial contact they have to give him another 10 days to respond so apparently he's been responding on the 9th day even time lol.

This actually extends to first time renters as well...it is surprising to me how often people do not understand basic functionality of food disposers and plumbing in general; circuit breakers; GFCI outlets; 110v vs 220v outlets; ceiling fans (pulling air upwards, or pushing it down?)
