It was flawless - EXCEPT - the ph was 6.5, which is the lower limit of EPA recommendations. 

But if you hold the option, you would stand to make more money executing the option on a appreciating property rather than selling an option.

In some jurisdictions, accepting a partial payment delays your ability to file for/execute an eviction.

Looks like they have executed well-but that is harder to know.

If not moved out i get the execution letter and she goes 2 days later regardless.  

I will admit, after working in the neighborhood for over a year, I have not seen one person executing a transaction with it.

Have an airtight release executed if you are able to reach an agreement.Good luck!

The syndication is not going to pay 10 or 15 times more unless the investor is choosing to take more execution risk, and then it’s not an apples to oranges comparison.
