If it was rezoned, chances are they man tell you no and how they were simply waiting for your old house to be sold off and or to become delapitated enough to where they could successfully through Heath and safety laws, force it to be demolished.

I have a property in DC where the roof is essentially flat and you could never see solar panels on the roof.

Anything could happen, I know, but at some point the responsibility for personal safety has to fall back to the tenant.

I don't mind paying essentially the mortgage note and having my expenses covered seeing as this is financially better than renting.

In St Paul, rentals are inspected by the Fire Department for safety and any flagrant code violations.

Essentially I have acquired lots of investor and professionals who are experienced and I will definitely need to leverage their business& financial acumen to make it work.
