Yah, I would certainly want to invest $1 with R.K. because in this current syndication he's promoting, he "lets you under the hood" with ample webinars and even walking the property over a day or two, having lunch and dinner while you're there, etc.

Hey @Nick Thornquist - fellow investor and realtor from NYC, I recommend looking up RE meetups in Eventbrite or even Meetup.com - those platforms are more well known to the general population as BiggerPockets is mainly geared towards investors (it's not as popular for promoting meetups/events). 

Well, clearly you have a business to promote double closes but I'm not a newbie and I'm here to tell newbies double closings come with more headache and costs than they're worth in my opinion.
