In each room/space you need to describe in detail what you want done.

As you grow and grow BRRR or doing whatever bs strategy you are doing make sure to keep detailed and accurate accounting for your properties, depreciation schedules, expenses etc!

Of course, if the tenant refuses to pay rent, you cannot take them to court, because they aren't your tenant, because you don't actually have a rental unit in the cities eyes.

It looks like it will happen but we won't know the final details until it does so all this talk is really just bit of fun conjecture and, from my view, a little bit of hope that everybody has the same access to investments.
