If you decide to go that route, hire an experienced management company and underwrite very conservatively otherwise you could get ruined by high maintenance & turnover costs and potentially evictions.

I thought I would share this, as I've seen a lot of posts recently about how to start a property management company.

2) Do you hire a property management company before or after you purchase the property? 

. - Try to put all the steps of a deal in a project management software like Asana, Monday, etc.

Hi Ricky, are you looking for more info on what's involved in the day-to-day life, how to lead gen, how to manage a transaction...all of the above? 

(I'd like to be close enough to the property should any issues arise but will have a property manager)Thank you and apologize for all the questions but it's been discouraging to say the least so far.
