My daughters boyfriend works for one and they usually buy 20 to 30 houses a week for flipping, all in the Inland Empire.

While I haven't gotten to the point of sitting down and writing down my goals and plan (it will probably happen this weekend while my wife/daughter are out of town), my first inclination is SFH buy and hold properties that I can build low and slow growth...and evolve from there.

It's something I've thought about for years, and now that my daughter is older I actually may have the time to do it.Looking forward to sharing experiences and knowledge with everyone here at the BiggerPockets forum.

HelloI'm a 28-year old guy living on the West coast of Jutland with soon to be wife and my small daughter.

This year my daughter used her pay check to help with her college tuition, my son used his to pay part of his private school bill.Just think if you could cover 100% of the expenses you now pay out of pocket with after tax dollars, how much money would you really need to make a year in salary?

As you probably inferred,  I am active duty military and had hoped to stay in NC because that's where I will be investing, but it is much better for my wife and daughter to be close to the rest of my family so we are heading back home.  

Our daughter will be going to college in pensacola, and we will be moving somewhere between there or destin .   

@Brandon Turner   After I told her that I thought you owned it I saw that is said appartment, so it might not be the one you own, but still pretty funny from my 13 year old daughter.My daughter loves Kurt Cobain and this was the text I wake up to.
