You can filter your results by forum category, by forum, and by age of post.Additionally, we will shortly be making the default results show 3 years worth of data to prioritize newer threads, vs. the current 8 years of results that is now the default.

They are probably around 50 (given that their kids are grown up, done with college, and out in the world working), so the previous statement is not inconceivable, I've seen it before.The effect of the preceding data is that there are no previous landlords to contact, nor can I contact their employer... they *did* give references among their neighbors, who I'll call this weekend.

If the co-signer doesn't make enough income or is a deadbeat, you won't be able to collect from them - so their signing is basically worthless (you can get a judgment against them that they won't pay anyway - that's about all you'll end up with).

I could be a senior engineer working for someone else making a bunch of money and not have to go all over the place pandering for business, collecting on invoices, fretting about insurance and payroll....Seriously, if you are self employed, you are more constrained in so many ways than if you have a well defined responsibilty working for someone else.
