@Tom Chen - although there are not as many well-known turnkey providers here in SC, there are a good amount of single-family homes that only need minor repairs/cosmetic upgrades and are move-in ready. 

Being a buy & hold investor, I'm looking at lower value range properties in the 100k to 150k requiring minor cosmetic rehab.

The property has been very well maintained though and her unit doesn't *appear* to have any major concerns (besides the obvious outdated cosmetics).

Im sure there will be some cosmetic repairs needed.

It's a flip with a new kitchen, upgraded bathrooms, and lots of cosmetic work inside and out.
