Some colleges offer classes that will satisfy the 90 hours of education required for a license. 

Get trained up and educated on that asset investment type and then try to get a small slice of equity on some of their deals.

hi everyone,According to bestplaces.net stats , the population in Clevland has decreased by almost 19% between the years 2000-2017 (house depreciation 2008-2018: 30%ׁ)If the trend continues , I'm not going to see any appreciation in the near future.My question is how investors have the courage to invest in Cleveland according to this data? 

For example - bills, savings, education, etc. 

Have websites up, doing direct marketing campaigns  and internet marketing w/ PPC, and spending money on education; real estate agent course, a lot of books (also bigger pockets books).
