Looppoles, and never use your number to call or advertise anything, also 3rd party, and always ask if they are selling, there is 3 answers I always get, no, yes and I’ll sue you or call the cops guy, the last guy I just tell them to lose my number as I have already blocked theirs. 

I've been practicing analyzing deals using the BP calculators, but recently I've hit a small road block.

One thing to consider is a block or two can make a big difference in Chicago, especially in some of these areas.

You always get a few scammers, a few no shows, but I always text out reminder to them morning of or 2 hours before the meeting time, and block out times to show in about 2 hours, so its not a total waste of my time (ex. bring your laptop and work while waiting.)
