Since he left everything blank, I bought he was asking for terms & rate.

One side of the HUD-1 is blank on each document and only when the two are combined is the complete picture of what happened known.

Then I get a call with someone wanting a bridge loan to close in 5 days since they had to walk away from another lender due to something like this... happens far more than I'd like to admit.And yes, I have gotten them closed in 5 days on a few occasions.

I'm a student of Michael Blank's and between his program and a couple other mentors I feel it has really accelerated my learning curve.You can also "buy" an apartment as part of the Limited Partnership (LP) and get experience that way.
