Have you ever seen those Pinterest photos where they show the beautiful cake and then their final result when attempting to re-create the beautiful cake at home?

I am a little uncomfortable with someone who is looking for a house but doesn't have a full months rent plus security readily available-- that's a bit of a red flag for me. 

We currently have a *water conditioner" instead of a softener so we can't just use the red-out salt, which works in my area.Anyway, I'd like a basically maintenance free type filter and there seems to be several kinds.  

It comes in red, white, and blue.

If the report says that something needs further inspection, that is a red flag that something is worn out, like the roof.

The beauty is you are not being scrutinized but anyone but yourself, now I am a perfectionist...so I'm probably harder on myself than someone else would be.
