Wholesaling is a great way to start out in the industry and surprisingly I find myself participating in wholesaling even though that was not my intent recently but turned out to be a blessing!

Considering the last two tenants he had, he barely received rent and had to have a court eviction.

It did cost more money as the lender wanted to participate in some of the upside.
