Just make sure you involve an excellent real estate attorney to help you with the deal.This is just a thought.

Hey all, I'm a newbie from the Greenville area, looking for a real estate attorney in the area, preferably one that owns rental properties himself/herself.

You don’t want legalzoom, you want a great attorney when it comes to hundreds of thousands in debt.  

Would you be able to know when should I contact an accountant and real estate attorney when all goes good and the property is mines ??

So, a lot of people probably know this already, but I recently learned that Title Attorneys (I use John Bennett at Origin Titles in Decatur, GA) will often write up your Sales Agreement at no charge if you put in the contract that closing will be done with them.I know you can download forms and write it up yourself, but why? 

@Minh Le Yes, your seller can sell to someone else, you didn’t close by the closing date and he has no obligation to extend it.As for the EM, if you are in default, as per your contract, and you refuse to sign the em release, he can either force arbitration or sue you, as per the contract, you’ll lose and pay his attorney fees/costs on top.  

I don't have the funds to have an attorney look over them so I was hoping someone could supply me with contracts that  they use here in New Mexico.
