There are a lot of people like @Paul Sandhu mentioned, making calls to owners and agents to lease and re-lease or sublease these properties, and there are management companies as well that can assist with furnishing, eys and turning it over for cleaning between stays. but again I think that owning the building, make this model more obtainable and profitable.

The borrower has to settle the debt...it's not going away...and there are also late taxes I would bet...which are in first position in front of the mortgage.

One last thought would be to use a virtual assistant to call and vet contractors...I use UpWork, but there are sever VA firms that could do it...pay $50 and come home to a nice tidy spreadsheet with contractors information awaiting your approval.

Thank you,You'll want to get the AOM recorded ASAP, as there is generally a cutoff period before any changes can be made prior to the sale, and depending on the state/county they give the borrower time to respond or refute the changes.

I have a LLC and business account so that's not a concern of mines.His assistant stated they do not give 100% financing so that is why they require that amount, to cover the rest of what they will not finance.
