Many two flats in the city have amazing garden units that to everyone  else looks legal, but in reality are non conforming.   

Not because 15 close agree on something does it mean that what they agree on is correct.Wholesaling is chickenpoop when you have an amazing deal under contract yes?

Frankly it is amazing how any of these places get more than 2 stars on the reviews.

Who is more legit and more likely they can help them out.And that my friends, not many people can beat us, or anyone with a bit of logic that apply that logic to their sites.My honest opinion is.. the desperate investors for new leads that have no idea how things work, will be eager to say yes...Those that know how lead generation works will know that sure you can and probably will make a deal here and there sending mailers out, but it is so inefficient it is just not worth it.See it this way.Sending mailers has a 1%-3% open rate.This is LAST in the process in a series line.It doesn't matter HOW amazing your potential prospect finder is.

The ONLY people that say DMM is amazing own a friggin list or mailing company or are somehow invested in it!

My experience all comes from my Amazing grandmother and grandfather who were born into poor family's and made a legacy for their heirs.

There are incredible people on here with amazing strategies different than that of all of ours and individuals with portfolios that most of us will only dream of having.

I still think I will end up buying a replacement only because my tenants are amazing and have been there for 2 years and counting.
