Hello all, I am curious whats the best  business checking account for an LLC owned property if I just do a few transactions out of it? 

Bankrate wont do it best rate is always check local Credit Union, they are always the one that usually having crazy offering...chck your local newspaper, no nationwide lender can beat them.I only go to DSCR route when I exceed my DTI (which I already hit) lol

Definitely check it out before you make any decisions - it's always easier to set up your bookkeeping right to begin with rather than having to change programs later on. 

I would look into your area's apartment associations as they provide regular meetups and resources.

However, be careful in buying a cheaper property, as section 8 has very strict requirements regarding the condition of the home, and they do regular inspections to make sure you are keeping up with their requirements.

If it checks the box of affordability and is a cool place to live and put down roots, that's where you should buy property. 

A majority of the apartment complexes near downtown wont allow short term rentals so be sure to check their HOA.

It would be the same as any regular rental.
