When we have a police report, or a smoking violation, or a late payment, etc., we send a warning email to the tenant and copy the cosigner on it.

Then the sheriff (police) will remove the tenant within 24 hours from the date you file an eviction.  

that's why your tenant has car insurance,, they should call police and issue a complaint,, none of your concern just pass the info on to them.
