Do the higher priced units with better views have a higher or lower occupancy rate than garden view units with lower rates?

Part of it for me is also liking the area i'm in and wanting a place that I can do what i'd like with - we have a huge garden here, chickens, ducks, and I have taught lots of classes here on sustainable living and gardening - you can check out some pictures of our projects at scfoodnotlawns.com.

I have dealt with just about everything a PM has to including murder, DEA busts, a two year old drowning in a pool of a house I managed, fleas to my knees, using a garden hose INSIDE a house to wash out the mess, fires, etc.... 

People were buying garden style condos for $2500 each and putting them on their credit cards.  

Contractors are busier than ever, Home Depot is still open, and people are still looking for good places to rent.

A couple of weeks ago I needed some PT 2x4s for a firewold holder, walked into home depot, and thought to myself "yeah, $20 should do the job here"....Yeah right!

The faucet can be purchased from home depot for $60-80.

Renter is encouraged to create gardens and raise small animals, conditioned upon such use of the property being compliant with current zoning, and provided also that all animals shall be cared for, fed, watered, and housed by and at the expense of the renter(s).
