As of now tenant hasn't paid.

So what was a $1,000 policy 2 years ago is closer to $2,500-$3,000 now.

Personally, I'm betting my own money on it, looking for investments now that our inventory has creeped up to about 4 months supply, which is still pretty low compared to most markets.  

Alternatively, you could reimburse the account shortage now and ask for an escrow re-analysis based on the new tax/insurance annual payments.Check your closing disclosure from when you purchased.

Hello Trevor,Why do you give the tenants in units 2 and 3 the access to use your laundry facility?

As far as STR, there is a lot of debate right now as to if there is a STR bubble, or if it has already burst.
