Overnight the ceiling in the main floor bathroom of our four plex collapsed due to a water leak.

So below is the quick and dirty overview of my situation:- claim #1: submitted earlier this year for substantial water damage in LA rental property and just received payout. 

On Zillow it’s zestimate is around $49,000 while comparable homes range from $26-$86k.  

Put the zip code into a realtor site and search within a range of a 1/2 mile and see what houses are selling for that have comparable features as this one.  3.  

Water usage and visual inspections during repairs support the tenants claim of just themselves and their own children. 

And I'm talking in that $1400 range give or take.The area north of I-10 flooded mostly around Mayde Creek.

@Hyangsoon Collins , I may have a few properties you may be interested in, they may be a little over or under your price range if that's okay.

Utilities are broken down as such: Owner pays water apprx $120 monthly : Tenants split electric/gas $300 monthlyI say all of that to ask, Are there any companies that install the RUBS system here in San Antonio on such a small scale (2-4 units) ?

Mainly looking in the sub-100k range, looking for turn-key and managed by PM.

I think 850k might be close to average these days for a 2 bed 2 bath (2/2) or a 3/2 SFH, but there are certainly move-in ready homes in the 700-800 range within a few miles to the ocean that are 1/2s or 2/2s.
