Is it good idea to install wood laminate flooring throughout rest of home except bathrooms, laundry and kitchen.  

@Louis Mannikko  if your 401k is a solo 401k that you control.. you may want to look at investing NOtes or with a HML.. this is a very good use for those funds.on the fix and flip you may want to consider partnering up.. just make sure whoever you partner with is vetted thourougly.. plenty of " my idea and your Money guys out there" you can go on amazon or E bay.Look for any of the guru's written material and videos you can get those for next to nothing. look through them there are usually nuggets in each one that you can use.you can also spend untold hours on BP asking questions and reading and listening to pod casts etc.. of course this is free and just depends on if you have the time for that.

Account Closed  this can all be done BUT its not DONE WITH NO MONEY.. you need money for gas. you need money to pay for your car note ( unless your car Is paid for) you need money for your cell phone. etc etc. who ever came up with the idea that you can make money with NO money I RE is just telling fairy tales. and its also very very market driven.

I haven't read anything about this yet and this could be a great idea.

I'm an agent/investor from Raleigh, NC, and love the idea of investing here, as well.We're staying right off Westland Dr near Lyons View Pike, so I've been able to drive around some of the higher-end listings.

So, I came up with the idea of posting here to see if any REI investors have properties in our area that might fit our needs.Where do I want to rent?

Part of the reason she is having trouble selling it may be because it's not financeable.I think the idea of getting it under contract and flipping it to a more experienced investor is a good idea.

I'm going to contact my agent about it shortly, but just wanted to ask the smart people here first so I have an idea what to expect.Thanks in advance for any advice you can provide.
