Developing would consist of getting your utilities lined up for the area, plotting off sections (if needed), creating roads and other ways of access, etc. and then selling those lots off to builders.

We now have 3 tenants on a one year lease, paying 1300 total, and they pay all utilities except sewer and water (about $300 per quarter).
