I'm looking to get my hands on the number of RV's registered by zip code in FL.Looking into developing an open storage concept for big toys/ RVs/ boats/ trailers and want to understand the density of ownership throughout the state.I've had little luck with the FLHSMV and local county clerk / DMV offices.TIA for any information or suggestions on where to locate!

.- It's a double wide trailer on blocks that need to be leveled- There are a lot of soft spots in the floor that makes me feel like I'll have to replace the plywood before I can even do the floors.- The front and back porches have these makeshift awnings over them, the front one is sagging down, and both of them have nails sticking down from the shingles because the awnings are little more than plywood.- The back deck has also started to rot out where the steps are that lead down into the back yard, so at least half of the deck would need to be completely replaced.- According to the realtor, the roof on the front half of the house was replaced in the past few years but the back half was not.- There is water damage on the ceiling in one room (back side of the house) and it has mold on it.- I need to replace every appliance in the house.Minor issues:- There is a few landscaping things that need to be taken care of like overgrown bushes- There is a chain link fence that runs around the back yard with a wooden privacy fence next to it.

I am from Tucson and familiar with the area as I traveled to Sierra Vista, Tombstone, Benson, Bisbee frequently.

If there is a title insurer willing to issue owners coverage without exception to claims of unknown heirs or the use of a power of attorney (I highly doubt all your foreign sellers will travel to the US to dump this property), then things should be fine.That, however, does not eliminate the need to deal with FIRPTA.

Note: If you go to the same meeting each month, you can do detail tracking for a month, and can use same detail to estimate expense for rest of the year.( If nothing changed)2) Meals when traveling away from home - 50% is deductible unless the meal is provided to the general public (like Open houses) than it is 100% deductible.3) Expenses for Meeting with investor4) Expenses For Meeting with realtor5)Going to investors meetings.

It starts slowing for months and the early warning sign is increased inventory (non seasonal), then prices travel down over months or years.

My experience is primarily residential so SFH, mobile homes, rooming houses, multi family, condominiums and even smaller trailer parks would be fair game.I personally started with condominiums and SFHs.

Do investors travel to these properties to view them before making an offer, or at some point after an accepted offer (during inspection s)?
