Tony,I sell my SFH for several reasons:1) Transitioning from SFH to large apartment buildings2) This is a great time to sell :)3) Once you have a lot of equity accumulated your return on investment may be still good $$ wise, but not so great anymore % wise.

@Daniel Ortiz I started as a part-time agent and eventually transitioned away from my W2 job to focus on this full-time.

I want to be sure to do everything I can to set it up to be a good transition.

To do this, requires mutual agreement to do so, or giving them proper legal notice to terminate the current rental agreement and then transition them to yours.
