If I were your age again, I would start off right from the beginning, use the networking available here, tap the knowledge base available here and never look back or wish I didn't live as slave to a job that you have to perform in just to support your family. 

Considering my young age of 19, I sense the only way to earn respect and establish mutually beneficial connections is through knowledge and experience.

I'm fortunate enough, at my young age especially, to live my dream job racing cars all around the world which keeps me busy most of the time.

At 60 years of age, I imagine myself holding a pile of deeds, not a mountain of new loans.
