Do you have out of state investments and if so, how did you manage your first property with things like finding a tenant, collecting rent, having a reputable construction company to handle sudden issues?

What if the member suddenly dies while holding the cash?

This is sudden and accidental release of water.

Think about it. if you are direct to the point and they say no, no matter whay shpiell or lie you tell them they are not magically suddenly be interesred right?

I can do the same thing with a prostitute, but suddenly it is illegal and immoral if money passes hands.
