I DO NOT like to pay someone hourly or daily...it stresses me out to go to a jobsite and they are taking a break or doing something in an inefficient way.

It was really stressful.

I did it that way and even then it was still stressful, so I can't imagine having dropped my steady paycheck sooner.

If it wasn't for me to find Biggerpockets I'd probably be stressing over the fact to find the money "to build my business" with FB which is 25k.

You can usually get a little more selling on terms, but If you've got workable offers on the table, IMO you should button them up.
