@Joseph Alves, there are so many options here that I would recommend you start with a few questions to clarify what you're looking for:Will you be using local storage or a cloud-based camera system?

Buy storage units or a campground.

It's a hassle sometimes but I try to keep a spare set in storage at all times so it's no big deal.

In my case, I have residential rentals in one LLC, commercial properties in another, self storage in a third, and my real estate company operates in a fourth.

They are okay, but there is a reason nearly every restaurant in America cooks with gas.Respectfully,Gary my fav is my sub zero wine storage with double doors below it for water cokes and over flow food items.. its a great appliance. 

Rather than having to spend money on taking all of their items to storage, paying storage fees for 30 days, itemizing etc...

Or storage, but that wasn't on your list. 

(Folks tend to sell them after they have paid storage fees on them for 2-3 years).  

To mitigate/appease, my dad built a storage shed and personally moved all of the tenant's items into the shed.

I am working on 5 investment packages made up of SFRs, Duplexes, Mobile Home Parks, Storage Units, Boat Storage, and a Small Apartment Complex.
