Hey @Asif Ali Kabiruddin Rajani I'm moving to Spain this month to start doing renovation projects.

Over the past 5 days, stocks like Rocket Mortgage have soared by +16.47%, and LoanDepot has jumped by +10.26%, thanks to falling interest rates.On the flip side, homebuilder stocks had a bit of a rough time but are starting to bounce back this morning.

If there is no deferred maintenance to start with then you are just budgeting for repairs and dealing with them as they come up.

From my perspective, when I started house hacking, I really enjoyed learning about all of the trades, but as you said-  it becomes harder to do all those things while building.  

Here's my situation, I was going to start a position as a project engineer this upcoming Monday with an annual salary of $72,000.

I must have too much time on my hands.

Both scenarios are great so you can't wrong unless you start negative cash-flowing on a property.
