Hello, I want to learn about real estate investing/ owner financing and I am thinking perhaps this place is a good start. 

For example in many jurisdictions I can STR units in a duplex but cannot STR an ADU (some jurisdictions will let you STR if you owner occupy).

Rent by the room to me as a bizz model I dont care for personally. too much work.. now owner occ bring in roomates that different or student housing or as other stated crash pads for airlines thats different. 

I’m concerned that contractors out of state could easily take advantage of you never being on site to keep the contractors accountable 

I think I have also signed up on the site recently.

I would maybe not go for Indian Creek, as a lot of that development is now owner occupied. 

I have a potential property that I want to wholesale but I don’t think the owner lives there, what would be the best way to contact them?

I recently purchased a SFH (4 bed/ 3 bath) in Plano via First Home Buyer/owner occupied conventional loan and am renting by the room.

I just signed up with the cheapest Flat Fee MLS site that was essentially just a "referrer" to ListWithFreedom.com ... but the referrer's site actually saved me around $50 over going directly with the main host site. 

.: Yep I found one in town that looks like it could be a good flip but I don't know who the owner is
