I know there are a number of videos out there and I've watched them but I can't seem to shake the feeling that I'm doing something wrong with my calculations because I keep getting negative cashflows even when I think in my head that I should be getting a positive one.So if there's anyone willing to walk me through just so I know I'm not crazy, i'd gladly appreciate it..R,Kenny
