We want to make sure everyone is comfortable.We were just locked down yesterday on large gatherings here in Oregon, schools will be cancelled for the next 2 weeks.

Within the last 48 hours I have been flooded with booking requests from people with children who are not going to be in school for the next several weeks. 

I will be moving to Houston in May 2020 when my girlfriend graduates med school and we will be starting a new chapter.

Once they start closing schools we'll be heading towards trouble I think. 

After I graduate, I plan to work and save for the 20% downpayment but I'm having a hard time deciding what to do now.

I'm still learning as much as possible but I'm in school full time so it's been a slow(er) roll with a lot of my time going towards studying.A quick rundown of my wife and I's situation and then on to my question.

School closures will disproportionately impact blue color. 2020 housing market boom is fueled by blue color, they are the last wave. 

@Heather Olson  Not yet although I do rent to college students in one house and I know the school has temporarily closed.The only upshot at the moment, my mortgages are commercial and instantly reset with prime, so just got notice of the 1/2 point rate drop.- Tom

Then I did a coffee & donut run for my guys working on an addition & the coffee shop was teeming with young millennials shoulder to shoulder on laptops doing their homework/assignments ON-LINE etc because they closed the schools to avoid passing's on Covid-19!!!
